The staff at Whetstone Products have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. We use cookies to track the visitors to our site for statistical and research purposes.

We have information order forms to gather information about our potential customers. We only use this information to communicate with the customer about purchasing or setting up times to complete a transaction. We keep this information confidential and do not use it for any other purpose. If an email address is provided we store it in a mailing list for use in conjunction with The Cornhole Game Association. Emails sent to this mailing list are about upcoming tournaments, rule changes, new products, new affiliates, etc. We do not share the mailing list with anyone! We also will not spam your inbox, we only send emails when the content will be valued by our subscribers. You can expect around 3 or 4 emails a month, possibly a few more during the summer.

We use PayPal as a method of receiving payment from our users. Any information obtained in the transaction between Whetstone Products and the user is strictly confidential and will not be used in any manner other than processing the payment, except the email address, which will be added to the mailinglist.

Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Specially-hardened operating systems that have been "patched" against known security risks are provided.
